CYNDA RADER BIO-
I am a lifelong resident of Jackson County and have lived in Lee’s Summit for over 40 years. I raised my children in the Oak Tree Farm Subdivision. “We” grew up in a wonderful, family oriented neighborhood that was safe and the residents took pride in their homes. The neighborhood elementary, Prairie View, was a small school of about 300 students in the early 80’s, where I served in a large capacity on the PTA. Being a stay-a-home Mom provided me an opportunity to be involved in my children’s school life on a full time basis. Serving on the PTA taught me leadership and organizational skills that I never dreamed I would use later in my life as a Realtor. Serving as Secretary, Head Room Mother, Membership Chairman,and Teacher’s aid, taught me how to effectively organize people for a purpose and raise funds to support school activities. The wonderful relationships and friendships formed during those years has enabled me to continue to serve the Lee’s Summit community through the venue of Real Estate. I always take a consultative approach with my clients which is more than just listing and selling a home. Most times clients have specific problems and need good sound advice on how to best to disperse property, help Senior family members, or facilitate a marketing strategy to sell a unique property.
